**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal jobs
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment
- Clean up job sites by removing branches and debris
- Support climbers with rigging and lowering limbs
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
**Qualifications:** - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with tree service equipment is a plus but not required
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Hiring: (1) Certified Arborist
We are looking for (1) full-time Arborist/Estimator to join our team. Candidates must be a ISA Certified Arborist and have 3-5 years of verifiable, Arboriculture consulting and sales experience. Additional ISA certifications and/or a degree in a relatable field are a plus, but are not required. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and have reliable transportation to and from work. Applicants must speak English, but bilingual Spanish and English speakers are a plus. We offer worker's compensation insurance coverage, access to a company phone and a company vehicle for use while completing company business.
Daily tasks and responsibilities include completing appointments to provide tree assessments & consultations, providing estimates for tree services supervising/directing tree crew completing work orders, being a point of contact for customers and assisting the crew when needed to complete services.
Essential Functions
• Works independently to provide preventative tree maintenance such as, watering, aerating, fertilizing, cabling and staking to existing trees and plant new trees when needed
• Lead and work as part of a team, which may vary in size from 2 to 5 people while completing assignments
• Recommends and implements corrective measures to promote and ensure the health and safety of trees
• Monitors, diagnoses and treats trees regularly for pests or other problems
• Conducts emergency tree repair needed due to damage caused by weather or accidents
• Performs all other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
